Dawn McReynolds

Dawn McReynolds is the Outreach & Recruitment Manager for Central Washington University's College of Education and Professional Studies. She works collaboratively with faculty, schools, employers, and community partners to expand educational pathways through strategic outreach, partnership development, and innovative student engagement initiatives. Her work includes designing interactive career exploration workshops, developing outreach strategies, and contributing to cross-departmental initiatives that help connect learners with opportunity.
