Brian LaBore

Brian LaBore earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology (conc: Ecology) with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY, and studied Environmental Toxicology at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.  Brian has been a member of the American Society of Brewing Chemists and the Master Brewers Association of the Americas. He has attended and spoken at conferences, was an active member of the Kentucky Guild of Brewers, built and ran quality control programs for two breweries for which he brewed beer, and has consumed fermented beverages in every hemisphere.  Brian enjoys a variety of fermented goods.
