Staff Sergeant Caroliena C. Neuens

Staff Sergeant Caroliena C. Neuens is the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of Administration at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 895, Ellensburg, Washington. Her duties include managing cadet records & auditing cadet pay. AFROTC trains and educates over 2,000 college students for them to become the next generation of officers within the United States Air Force

 Sergeant Neuens enlisted in the Air Force in September 2018 from Denver, Colorado. She completed Administration Training in January 2019. Prior to her current position, she was the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of Cadet Actions within Headquarters AFROTC at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Her duties included managing 7 cadet life cycle processes for 145 detachments including Puerto Rico, coordinating with 5 different U.S Air Force agencies regarding cadet processes. These processes comprised of commissioning, cadet medical qualification and categorization, service verification and assisting cadre from across the country.
