Here to Help Wherever You Are

CWU offer students disability services support at all campus locations.

Disability Services serves students with permanent and temporary disabilities attending Central on the Ellensburg campus, online or at any of our eight University Centers. Our mission is to make university life accessible to students with disabilities.

  • We work individually with students identifying barriers, and providing accommodations to ensure equal access.
  • We educate the campus about the needs of students with disabilities.
  • We are a resource for the campus community on disability related topics.

Disability Services is a part of the Access and Equity team within Student Success.

Using the Disability Services Portal

Students who are seeking accommodations at CWU for the first time must complete the three step registration process. To begin the process, complete the Disability Services Application. More about the registration process. A Disability Verification Form (MS WORD) is available to assist you in getting the information that we need from your medical provider.

Students who have completed the registration process can log in to the Disability Services Portal to view current accommodations, print or request faculty notification letters, and schedule a time to take tests or exams in Testing Services.
