As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline internal processes, the following changes were introduced in October 2013 where Information Services communicates directly with the new employee. An extract is pulled from PeopleSoft which contains all employee changes, hires, terminations, etc, and login credentials are generated based on this report.

New hires will receive two separate e-mails sent to their personal email account. The first letter is the standard welcome letter that includes username credentials. The second letter contains the password.

By separating the username from the password, we will reduce the risk associated with the new employee's credentials becoming compromised. In addition, it will simplify the on-boarding process for new employees.

Please check with your new staff to see if they've already received login credentials before you fill out this form.
