Abortion, Freedom and Choice: Reproductive Rights in Washington

October 17th, 4-5:30 PM Black Hall 152

Elissa Goss, Political Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Washingon presents a public lecture on the legal and political issues related to reproductive choice at the state and federal level.  Please plan on attending to learn about the history of Roe v. Wade as a legal framework,  and future challenges for future reproductive legal battles (TRAP laws etc).

Also addressed will be the impact of federal issues both politically and from a healthcare provider standpoint, strategies for action and the need to stay vigilant about these issues.
