Cannabis Skills Training Program (CSTP)

To Enroll in CSTP, send an email to with your Name, Student ID, and CWU Email to be enrolled in the Canvas course. You will recieve an invitation from Canvas to complete the course. 

If you are interested in taking a free self-assessment regarding your cannibis use, you can take the Marijuana E-Checkup Survey to get personalized feedback about your use.


Did you know that only 7% or CWU report using cigarettes in the past 30 days and less than 10% resport using e-cigarettes? If you want to stop smoking, come in to the Wellness Center to pick up a smoking quit kit or to schedule a meeting to identify ways to stop using tobacco.

The Great American Smoke-Out is the 3rd Thursday of November.  Look for the Wellness Center staff in the SURC Pit for activities and information on quitting tobacco use.

Do you or someone you care about need information or assistance with drug related issues? The CWU Wellness Center offers brief assessments, consultation, and drug education.
