Making an "Old Fashioned" cocktail

Uploaded on Aug 5, 2013

CWU Art Professor Keith Lewis shows Marji Morgan how he makes an "Old Fashioned" cocktail. This video is part of the program "Arts & Humanities R Central" with guest Keith Lewis. The Old Fashioned is an IBA Official Cocktail[1] made by muddling sugar with bitters then adding alcohol, such as whiskey or brandy, and a twist of citrus rind. It is traditionally served in a short, round, 8--12 US fl oz (240--350 ml) tumbler-like glass, which is called an Old Fashioned glass, named after the drink.
