SOURCE Schedule and Event Details

Please see below for the schedule and event details for SOURCE 2023. To make navigating SOURCE easier, we are excited to introduce the EventMobi app which you'll be able to use to view presentation schedules, build your own agenda for each day, and participate in this year's Scavenger Hunt! There will be prizes for students who earn the most points (achieved by attending various sessions of SOURCE and scanning the scavenger hunt codes) including a gorgeous diploma frame from the Wildcat Shop, a mini Dakine backback, or one of two Hydroflasks.

Day 1: Wednesday - May 17th, 2023

Opening Session - SURC Ballroom/SURC Pit

We're kicking off SOURCE in style! The opening session will include music from our very own 88.1 The 'Burg, an inspiring keynote from Distinguished Professor of Biology and STEM Education Dr. Ian Quitadomo, and a fashion show preview hosted by CWU's Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising department all accompanied by light breakfast items and beverages.

Poster Session #1 - Brooks Library

Poster Session #2 - Brooks Library

Come interact with your peers and learn about the projects they are working on across all disciplines here at CWU. The Library will host most of the posters, with Hogue Tech hosting presentations from our Engineering students. The posters and presentations will be displayed in two separate one-hour sessions, so make plans to attend both!

Talks, Performances, and Exhibitions - SURC/Discovery Hall/Samuelson Hall/Randall Hall/YouTube

Wander around the CWU campus to experience a variety of presentations including research talks, dance performances, spoken word poetry, artwork displays, live demonstrations, and so much more! A detailed list is provided in the link above for where and when each of the presentations is scheduled so that you can plan your afternoon accordingly.

View virtual, pre-recorded oral presentations on our YouTube channel. 2023 pre-recorded presentations will go live at 8:00am on Wednesday, May 17th. Videos will be grouped together in a playlist titled "SOURCE 2023 Virtual Presentations." Click here to go to our Youtube channel.

Day 2: Thursday - May 18th, 2023
