If you are a teacher, or other working professional, seeking advancement in their current environment and beyond without having leave your current position, this summer-residency program is for you!
This program is designed to build the research and analytical skills you will need for an academic career in theatre. This resident program will unite you with a select group of students where you will work as an academic community under outstanding faculty mentors. With opportunities for hands-on teaching, and theatre research, this program offers the perfect blend of theory and practice needed to prepare you for your next move as a theatre scholar.
This program is specifically designed around your professional work schedule with courses offered annually in July and a culminating project at your own venue, using your own resources. You can join their ranks and be one of the participants learning new skills to take back to the classroom, making life-long friends and networking with other theatre artists and educators from across the nation and the world, all while earning a degree that will benefit your career. Don't wait another summer!
