Central WORD, Literacy Club


All education students welcome!

All teachers prekindergarten to grade 12 teach students to reading in all content areas (math, science, history, art, etc.). 

Club Purpose:

To advocate and integrate literacy in K-12 education and local communities!


  • Deepen your knowledge about teaching!
  • Attend professional conferences!
  • Participate in Campus Activities such as BooCentral and Family Literacy Nights!
  • Discuss books with other bibliophiles!
