Scheduling Services
Scheduling Services provides reservation and resource management for all non-academic activities occurring on campus. Scheduling Services works with clients to coordinate events ranging from week-long conferences, weekly department meetings, university signature events, and celebrations.

Event Support Services
Event Support Services (ESS) provides technical and event staffing inside the Student Union facility.
ESS's efficient and professional production staff will help create a memorable event. From small intimate meetings to large social gatherings, ESS will provide you with the latest event innovations and excellent customer service.
ESS also supports events in the community and around campus through rentals of high-quality, competitively priced technology and equipment.

Information Center
The Information Center is here to help make your visit to Central Washington University and enjoyable one. Located on the first floor of the SURC. We will provide you with information, directions and maps. We are available to help anyone - students, staff, faculty, and the community.
If you have questions or concerns we are happy to help provide an answer, assist you in finding one, or put you in touch with a campus or community member to assist you.
The Info Center also provides:
- Management of WEPA print stations in the SURC
- Lost and Found for the SURC and surrounding areas
- Information and oversight of the Campus and Student Union Sign Posting Policy
- Connection Card services, such as printing student ID cards, adding money to Wildcat Bucks, and more.

Custodial & Maintenance
The Custodial and Maintenance staff work year-round to ensure the Student Union and Dining areas are in tip-top shape.
Custodial staff focuses on prompt and timely response to building cleanliness and managing deep-cleaning projects during the breaks.
The Maintenance team oversees day-to-day building structure and integrity, collaborates with Facility management for specialized building projects, and has oversight of building contracted services.

Building Managers
Building managers are always available during operational hours and are more than happy to assist building guests. Building Managers provide room set-up, event support, building security and logistical coordination in the the case of an emergency.

ASCWU
The Associated Students of Central Washington University, better known as ASCWU, is comprised of six elected student officers who work to represent all students equally and fairly and to ensure that their voices are heard. From facilities to academics, the ASCWU Student Government helps advocate for student concerns and creates programs to make the CWU experience more memorable. Each officer has a unique specialization representing the student body across campus.

Connection Card
Your CWU Connection Card is your key to experiencing campus as a CWU student, faculty, or staff member. Connection Card services, such as printing your identification card, replacing a lost or damaged card, and adding money to Wildcat Bucks, are now being fulfilled from the SURC Info Center.

KCWU-FM, 88.1 the 'Burg
88.1 the 'Burg is an out-of-classroom learning laboratory utilizing a real-world broadcast environment to foster lifelong communication, public speaking, workplace accountability, teamwork, and leadership skills important for successful citizenship and success in any chosen career.

OPR - Outdoor Pursuits and Rentals
OPR offers regularly scheduled guided excursions as well as outdoor equipment rentals and special programs for CWU students.

SUC & Club Accounting is responsible for financial oversight of S&A and SURC fee funds.

This US Bank branch office offers a full slate of financial services, from checking and savings accounts to credit/loan applications and processing. Additionally, US Bank offers the CWU Maxx Card, linked to students’ Connection Card for convenience.
