Scheduling Services provides reservation and resource management for all non-academic activities occurring on campus. Whether you are coordinating a week-long conference or scheduling a weekly meeting, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Conveniently located in the heart of CWU's campus. We are located in the SURC, Room 146 (behind the Information Center). We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Event Support Services (ESS) provides technical and event staffing inside the Student Union facility. We also help to support events in the community and around campus through rentals of high quality, competitively priced technology and equipment. Equipment set-up, operation, and removal is part of the service, with skilled on-duty technicians available for an additional fee.
Our efficient and professional production staff will help create the perfect event. Whether it is a conference, meeting, or party, Event Support Services will not only "WOW" your audience, but will also provide you with the latest event innovations and excellent customer service.
