Faculty/Staff/Alumni Parents
Credit Card payments may be paid each quarter 10 days prior to the quarter starting or, in the case of faculty and staff, by setting up a payroll deduction format over the course of the year. (# of deductions is based on amount of contract and # of payroll periods for individual employees)
Those faculty/staff/alumni parents not interested in a yearly contract are able to take fewer days on a quarter by quarter basis after students needs have been met first. This option will become available upon the first day of add/drop classes each quarter.
Late Payment Fee
All payments must be current prior to the start of a new quarter starting. If not current, the child is removed from the enrollment and the spot will be filled from the waitlist. Payment accommodations can be made for payment with the director as warranted.
Additional Fees
There is a charge of $1.00 per minute/per family after posted closing time at each center.
If using time beyond your scheduled block of five hours, the charge is $1.00 per minute with a cap of $10.00 per day, per child.
All charges mentioned above will be charged to your CWU ID # on a monthly basis, and due by the end of the quarter.
Additional Days
Contracted parents will be charged for “additional days” outside of the contracted days when they are available and the normal cost of the time period used will be applied. Advance approval must be secured for additional days.
