Late Night Leadership
SLICE presents Late Night Leadership, a keynote series in which faculty, staff, and professionals from the CWU community have an opportunity to tell students their own leadership stories. This series is designed to bridge the connection between CWU students and inspirational figures on campus. Students who attend will recieve WLA credit and free pizza!

LEAD Outdoors
LEAD Outdoors is an event that allows participants to dive into leadership while experiencing a fun outdoor activity. Students will develop their leadership skills through an engaging workshop and then go on an outdoor adventure with one of SLICE's campus partners. Such as rafting and snow tubing. Lunch and refreshments are provided.

Schedule a Workshop with SLICE
SLICE offers a variety of workshops that we can facilitate for student groups and CWU departments.
To request, fill out a form, and please schedule workshops at least two weeks in advance. The leadership team will respond to all requests within two business days. Workshops are offered in person typically in the SURC. We are happy to book a space and host groups of up to 20 or fewer.
If you have any questions about any of our workshops, please email slice@cwu.edu to schedule a brief consultation. We can work together to identify the best workshop(s) to meet your group's goals.

Wildcat Leadership Community!
Wildcat Leadership Community (WLC) is a cohort designed to help students take the next step into becoming authentic leaders on campus and in their communities. WLC is a 15-week program where participants will learn how to develop their own leadership profile, find like-minded peers, and help the community through service. After completion of the program, students will receive a leadership certificate, letter of recommendation, graduation cord, and the opportunity to attend a trip at the end of the cohort.
WLC's Mission
The Wildcat Leadership Community seeks to guide students to become future leaders who value collaboration, ethical practices, application, and selfless service with a focus on themselves and how they can impact others.
WLC Requirements:
- Attend WLC orientation.
- Attend 6/7 bi-weekly cohort meetings.
- Attend 1 Late Night Leadership event.
- Attend 1 Lead Outdoors.
- Complete 10 service hours through SLICE.
- Finish their Leadership Profile (completed during the program).
Fall Cohort Schedule:
- Orientation: Tuesday, October 3rd.
- First Cohort Meeting: Tuesday, October 10th.
- The cohort will conclude in mid-January 2024.
How to register:
