To act in the capacity of clerical support to an Administrator, Program Managers, Job Coaches, and Supervisors who support the vocational goals of primarily Developmentally Disabled Adults.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate with Internal and External Customers in a professional manner to answer questions, disseminate information, take work orders and address minor complaints as directed.
Answer Telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Compile, copy, sort and file records of business transactions, letters and other correspondence as directed.
Maintain and update filing systems, inventory, and mailing database using manual or computer-generated reporting.
Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare and sort outgoing mail.
Prepare and submit payroll records as directed.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Outlook Express and Access..
Ability to perform Internet research..
Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing working environment.
Read, write and verbalize with acceptable proficiency.
Ability to Multi-task and concentrate on assigned tasks without becoming distracted in busy work environment.
Must have reliable transportation and possess valid Driver's License.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
Ability to pass DSHS Background check.
Ability to sit, stand, bend and walk and lift up to 35 pounds.
Other related duties as assigned.
Advanced computer skills.
Ability to develop databases, surveys, reports and analyze raw data.
Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations as directed.
