20/21 Academic Year Equipment Loan Process

During the 20/21 Academic Year the Teach STEM Equipment Loan Program will only be accepting equipment requests and returns by appointment only. We will not have staff available for drop in requests and returns. 24 hours’ notice is required for requests and returns. For the safety of students and staff masks and social distancing are required.

  1. To make an equipment request fill out the Equipment Request Form then schedule a pick up time by going to the Teach STEM Equipment Bookings page and select the service “Equipment Pick Up”. Make sure to leave detailed information for your requests such as what equipment you are requesting and quantity.
    1. At the time of your scheduled pick up go to Discovery Hall 301G and the equipment tech will have your equipment on a black cart located in the hallway outside the equipment room(301G).
  2. To schedule a return go to the Teach STEM Equipment Bookings page and select the service “Equipment Return”.
    1. At the time of your scheduled return go to Discovery Hall 301G and place your equipment on the black cart located in the hallway outside the equipment room (301G).

Equipment checked out through the Teach STEM Equipment Loan Program is expected to be returned on time and in the same condition in which it was provided. Fees will be charged if equipment is damaged, returned late or not returned.
