Specific emphasis is on mind, body, and spiritual transformation and healing, and less on Sanskrit or religious yoga relationships (though topics will be addressed).

Opportunities for yoga practice (strengthening one’s individual practice) and a yoga practicum (experiential teaching of others and observing others’ yoga teaching) will be offered. With the completion of all four modules, the student will receive a certificate of completion and be qualified as a yoga teacher to teach yoga classes as well as registration with Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher (RYT), if desired.

Click here for a list of required and recommended reading for the course.

Register HERE

CWU-Sammamish
120 228th Ave NE
Sammamish, WA 98074
Tel. 425-392-2110
Email. cwu_sammamish@cwu.edu

Thursday, December 61544135662ESL Everyday Dialogues and Discussions - Bhttp://www.cwu.edu/sammamish/esl-everyday-dialogues-and-discussions-bWednesday, February 27Wed, 27 Feb 2019 9:30:00Alumni,Faculty & Staff,Seminars & Workshops,Student Life,New Students,Training & Professional Development,Other
2/27 - 3/22/2019, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time: 9:20 - 10:50 am

Fee: $199, total of 8 sessions

This intermediate level course is designed to develop conversational skills necessary to function in American society.
