Class Descriptions (A-M)
Abs, Arms & Glutes: Get your entire body toned with this weight training class. You will work most of your major muscles. This class will get you toned! Class can easily be modified for all fitness levels.
Abs & Glutes: Get ready to tone your ABS and GLUTES! That’s right, 45 minutes of isolation and toning for your abdominals and your gluteus maximus!
Battle Bootcamp: An intense full-body workout that combines the power of battle ropes with the variety of a bootcamp class.
Barre: Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
Body Sculpt: This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars and bands, for a total body workout.
Bootcamp: We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! Have fun – work hard!
Cycle: Do you want to train like an athlete, ride like a racer, and find your inner competitor? Jump on a bike and ride to music that will improve your cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance. This low impact/high intensity workout will leave you drenched in sweat, yet inspired to come back for more!

Cycle Strength: Looking to effectively train every part of your body? Ride the bike and work to get ‘ripped’ in one workout – intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the most ‘bang for your buck’.
FitCat Bootcamp: Your cardiovascular and muscular fitness will be challenged in this class which incorporates calisthenics, free weights, plyometrics, and an assortment of equipment for a variety of exercises in each session.
Full-Body Circuit: Your whole body will be challenged in this class which incorporates calisthenics, dumbbells, plyometrics, and an assortment of equipment for a variety of exercises in each circuit-style session
HIIT: This class uses a “high-intensity interval training” technique - a total body workout that keeps your heart rate up. A mix of free weights, body weight, cardio and more, this class will get and keep your metabolism going.
INSANITY: A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.
Kettlebells: This class will give you fast results to help you with your strength, endurance, and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system!
Kickboxing: Calling all champions! Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick and punch your way to a fitter you! Unleash your inner warrior!
Class Descriptions (N-Z)
POP Pilates: An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before. While most POP Pilates® moves originate from classical Pilates; the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes. The fundamentals of breathing, core engagement and powerhouse-based movements are shared.
Pound: Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels and ages.
Ropes & Abs: Using battling ropes, this class can provide a high intensity, whole body workout that gets your muscles moving in new ways. This workout gives attention to your entire body, but extra attention to your abdominals!
TRX: A full-body suspension workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of machines or dumbbells. A great workout for ALL fitness levels that offers a total-body workout, that focuses on technique, strength, flexibility and balance.
Upper & Lower Body Blast: Sculpt your muscles using free weights and gravity as resistance with some stability balls and bands thrown in. Don’t worry, we won’t forget about your core. Attend both classes for a full-body burn.
Yoga & Pilates: This is a total mind body class. This class will combine muscle sculpting, core-firming, and build your flexibility.
Zumba & Dance Conditioning: Ditch the boring workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin music to make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Isn't it time to “dance your worries away”?
