Group X Classes & Schedule

Our comprehensive and cutting-edge Group X program gives you the opportunity to get a unique, instructor-led workout in state-of-the-art fitness studios.

If cardio is your thing, we've got plenty of classic and trendy formats for you to try. Or maybe you're into the slower, mind-body workouts, such as Yoga and Pilates. No matter what your workout preference, we guarantee to have a class for you!

Class registration begins 24 hours prior to the class start time for in person classes. *Starts 9/14/2020!

Yin Yoga is a collaboration with The Wellness Center as part of their Mindful Monday series.  Class will be held outside September 14th,21th, & 28th.  It will then be held on Court D after that.

  • Class Descriptions (A-M)

    Barre: Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. 

     

    Core & More: Get ready to work your core. This total body workout provides extra emphasis on your core!

     

    Full-Body Circuit: Your whole body will be challenged in this class which incorporates calisthenics, dumbbells, plyometrics, and an assortment of equipment for a variety of exercises in each circuit-style session

     

    INSANITY: A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training. 

     

    Mobility: Time to care for your body and soft tissue.  This class aims to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion.

  • Class Descriptions (N-Z)

    Pound: Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels and ages. 

     

    Yoga & Pilates: This is a total mind body class. This class will combine muscle sculpting, core-firming, and build your flexibility. 

     

    Zumba: Ditch the boring workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin music to make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Isn't it time to “dance your worries away”?
