POP Pilates: An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before. While most POP Pilates® moves originate from classical Pilates; the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes. The fundamentals of breathing, core engagement and powerhouse-based movements are shared.

Pound: Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels and ages.

Yoga: This is a total mind body class. This class will combine muscle sculpting, core-firming, and build your flexibility.
