  • Recreation Member Swim Sessions

We are not currently offering swim sessions during the Fall Quarter due to the impact on that facility from renovations occuring to the Nicholson Pavillion.

A waiver must be completed prior to use of the pool. Ellensburg public may purchase a pool pass to use the pool during Rec Swim sessions, but are not membership eligible.

Children ages 6months - 13 years are allowed to join their parent, who is a current Recreation Center member for aquatic activities in the CWU Pool during designated Open Recreation swim sessions.

The parent must be present and actively involved with the child in the Pool at all times.

Each child must purchase a daily guest pass ($3) for each swim session.

If the Pool occupancy reaches 20, parents and children may be asked to refrain from entering until occupancy decreases, so that adequate lifeguard supervision is maintained.

Children age 14-17 may participate in Aquatic activities at the CWU Pool, with a parent on site and the purchase of a daily guest pass or current Recreation Center membership.
