Presidents United to Solve Hunger

Presidents United to Solve Hunger

No academic program is effective if a student is hungry or homeless. As a participant in the Presidents United to Solve Hunger (PUSH) initiative, Central cares for students who are homeless or hungry by responding to students in emergency situations and providing the vital resources that students need to succeed.

If you are interested in supporting hungry CWU students, please consider donating to the PUSH Foundation account. All proceeds go towards students with food insecurities. As one program advocate shared, "It's not enough to provide a scholarship that covers tuition. A hungry student cannot learn effectively. We have to feed the body before we feed the mind."

Take what you need, leave what you can.

PUSH maintains pantries across campus for students to access food resources. Pick-up items at any PUSH Pantry location. Pantries are open during building hours.

Items may be donated at any pantry location. Please donate only unopened items. See Donate for a list of suggested items.
