CWU-Pierce County
CWU-Pierce County is located at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom in Lakewood, Washington. This partnership provides the opportunity for students to earn their first two years of a bachelor's degree at their community college of choice, and stay local to complete their bachelor's degree at CWU-Pierce County.
We offer eight programs, small classes and easy access to faculty and staff. Tuition is affordable. Undergraduate students who are classified as Washington state residents pay $230 per credit – up to 10 credits. There is no additional tuition charge to take as many as eight more credits. Come visit us and meet our fabulous faculty and staff!
CWU University Centers are co-located on community college campuses around the state to provide greater access to higher education. CWU knows that students have families, jobs, and commitments that don't always allow them to attend a traditional campus. The university centers provide degree programs and certifications that meet individual and community needs. Classes are available through face-to-face, interactive television, online and hybrid.
