Declaring the Minor
Prospective Minors
If you would like more information about minoring in philosophy, religious studies or ethics, please contact the Department Chair, Dr. Jeffrey Dippmann (jeffrey.dippmann@cwu.edu).
Ready to Declare the Minor
Declaring a minor in our department is an easy process! You have two options:
1. Contact any of the following faculty to set up an appointment. At this appointment, you'll fill out a short minor declaration form, discuss the coursework required for your minor and have your questions answered.
For the philosophy minor, please contact: Dr. Matthew Altman (altmanm@cwu.edu); Dr. Gary Bartlett (gary.bartlett@cwu.edu); Dr. Cynthia Coe (cynthia.coe@cwu.edu); or Dr. Michael Goerger (michael.goerger@cwu.edu).
For the religious studies minor, please contact: Dr. Jeffrey Dippmann (jeffrey.dippmann@cwu.edu) or Dr. Lily Vuong (lily.vuong@cwu.edu)
For the ethics minor, please contact: Dr. Michael Goerger (michael.goerger@cwu.edu) or Dr. Matthew Altman (altmanm@cwu.edu).
2. Complete the following webform and hit Submit! Your application will be reviewed by departmental faculty and then entered into MyCWU. You will be notified by email that the process is complete.
