Alyssa Reuble
Alyssa completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a specialization in legal studies at Seattle University, WA. She played four years collegiate softball. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Athletic Administration. She is also a volunteer softball coach for the team at CWU. 


Tenley Stedman
Tenley completed her undergraduate degree in Clinical Physiology at Central Washington University. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in the Integrative Human Physiology program. She grew up competing in gymnastics, volleyball, and riding horses. Exercise has been a passion of hers and looks forward to helping others gain knowledge about healthy behaviors. Her goal is to create corporate wellness programs for companies with intentions to increase health among employees
Brian Harvey

Brian Harvey
Brian Harvey graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Program Design.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  Brian is a sports enthusiast, loves playing, watching, coaching, and talking about sports. In his spare time, he loves to exercise, play with his kids, be with his family, watch movies, and occasionally photography. 

David McDowell
David received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Central Washington University. He played collegiate soccer. He is currently pursuing his graduate degree in Integrative Human Physiology. David has a love for sports, outdoors, and people. He believes all people should have access to the education necessary to build a healthy life.
