CWU Trustees to Meet July 23 and 24, 2020
The Central Washington University Board of Trustees will hold a quarterly meeting on July 23 and 24, 2020. The meeting will be held virtually from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on July 23 and 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on July 24. The public may view the meeting at https://video.cwu.edu.
On Thursday, July 23, the first item on the agenda will be an opportunity for public comment, which will be conducted by Zoom. Rules pertaining to the public comment period are available at www.cwu.edu/trustees. To participate in the public comment period, speakers must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed via e-mail to email@example.com by Tuesday, July 21, at 5:00 p.m. Speakers will need to provide their email and phone number at that time, so that arrangements can be made for speakers to access the meeting virtually.
The board also will discuss the fall reopening plan. At 2:30 p.m., the board will convene in executive session for 30 minutes for the purpose of discussing issues related to personnel, per RCW 42.30.110(g).
On Friday, July 24, the board will hold a work session on the presidential search, conduct board business and approve the FY21 budget, which will include tuition increases.
