HOW DO I ORDER A VIRTUAL PARKING PERMIT or APARTMENT PARKING PERMIT?

To apply for a virtual parking permit, log in using the directions below:

  1. Go to our Parking Services webpage: https://www.cwu.edu/parking/
  2. Select PURCHASE PERMITS / APPEAL CITATIONS located just below the license plate photo.
  3. Log in using your CWU username and password and authenticate.
  4. Click on PERMITS (at top) > select Get Permits
    1. Be sure to choose the correct permit; review the expiration date.
  5. Add vehicles to your permit. Only one vehicle may be on campus at a time.
  6. Confirm that license plate and state is accurate for each vehicle to avoid getting a ticket.
  7. Review your order and follow prompts to pay: staff may choose Payroll for payroll deduction on Calendar permits only; student may choose Student Account to charge a Quarterly or Calendar permit to their account.

Your license plate is your permit, which is why it must be accurate.

DO NOT ADD DASHES OR SPECIAL CHARACTERS. (Example: enter plate 123-ABC as 123ABC)

No sharing permits. The permit holder is liable for ALL vehicles listed on their permit and related fines.

If you live in a campus apartment, you must apply for the virtual apartment parking permit.

HOW DO I ADD OR DELETE A VEHICLE?

  1. Go to our Parking Services webpage: https://www.cwu.edu/parking/
  2. Select PURCHASE PERMITS / APPEAL CITATIONS located just below the license plate photo.
  3. Select PERMITS > View Your Permit > Click on your permit number > Click on Add Vehicles to Permit or select the Delete button.

DO NOT ADD DASHES OR SPECIAL CHARACTERS. (Example: enter plate 123-ABC as 123ABC)

If you have a new plate for an existing vehicle, enter the vehicle as a new vehicle and then delete the vehicle with the old plate. You cannot change/edit a license plate.

If you add a vehicle in the VEHICLE tab, it will NOT add it to your permit.

If you delete a vehicle from your permit, it will still be visible in your vehicle history.

Fictitious or incomplete license plate entries that do not match your physical license plate will result in a citation. You are responsible for entering an accurate plate.
