Sign ups for clubs and organizations for the Winter Involvement Fair are OPEN!
The Winter 2023 Involvement Fair will be held Wednesday, January 4th 2023 in the SURC Hallway & SURC 137.
Please fill out the form below to secure a spot for your club or organization.
There will be 2 sessions to the fair:
Session 1: 12:00pm-1:30pm
Break & set-up for Session 2: 1:30pm-2:00pm
Session 2: 2:00pm-3:30pm

NOTE: We will carefully consider your session preference, but due to limited space we may not be able to give all RSOs their preferred session. A member of the SLICE staff will email you prior to the fair to confirm your session.
You will only be able to complete this form ONCE and you will only be able to sign-up your club for one session.
Please communicate with your club/org BEFORE signing up for a table.
This form will be open for submissions until January 2nd at 11:59pm, or until spots are full, whatever comes first.
