CWU Students, Employees Must Submit Vaccination Info by October 18

Attention, Wildcats:

Time is running short to submit your COVID-19 vaccination status!

Per university policy and the governor’s proclamation for Washington higher education institutions, all CWU students, employees, and contractors — including online-only students and remote employees — must submit proof of vaccination for COVID-19 (or an approved exemption for medical or religious reasons) by Monday, October 18, 2021.

If you haven't already done so, please submit your vaccination records in-person or online as soon as possible. Fortunately, CWU has made the verification process easy.

  • Students can upload their information at — as they have done with other vaccination records (MMR, smallpox, etc.) — or visit one of our on-campus ambassadors with their vaccination card and picture ID (Connection Card or state ID).
  • A list of vaccination verification stations is available at Beginning Thursday, October 7, CWU representatives are available to record your information on the Ellensburg campus and at each of the university sites and centers. The process takes less than five minutes.
  • Faculty and staff can bring their vaccination card and picture ID to the Human Resources office in Mitchell Hall, or schedule a virtual appointment with an HR representative.

If you want to learn more about CWU’s vaccination verification process, visit the Employee FAQ webpage, the Student FAQ page, or the Vaccination Requirement page. If you have additional questions, email
