The Flute Studio at CWU provides a challenging environment coupled with a highly supportive atmosphere. There are approximately 20 flutists currently at CWU who are music majors. Private instruction and peer learning are critical components utilized to nurture the development of creative and mature musicians and educators. Through a concentrated study of musical fundamentals, students are encouraged to discover their individual musical voices and career paths.

Degrees offered at CWU include Bachelor of Music (BM) in Performance, Education, Composition, or Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Master of Music (MM) in Performance, Performance and Pedagogy, Conducting, and Education.
