2022 Orchestra Festival Information
March 10-11, 2022
We are looking forward to two days of inspired music making! This is a non-competitive festival including constructive and engaging exchange between the clinician/conductor and students. Participation by school groups is open to High School and Middle School levels. Ensembles will be given feedback in clinic form of approximately 20-25 minutes with an adjudicator following each performance. The CWU Orchestra will perform an inspiring concert at the end of the day. We invite orchestras from throughout the Northwest to come be a pert of this exciting event!
This year, we expect 20-30 orchestras to be a part of this important educational experience. Space is limited so please submit your online registration form early to guarantee your position.
Please provide for the judges three sets of music for each piece you will perform. Measures should be numbered on each score.. Mark each score with your school name to facilitate their return. Please keep copyright laws in mind and plan accordingly.
