The Museum of Culture and Environment is proud to host the second annual Earth Day Family Festival on Saturday, April 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event will feature educational and infomational activities for the whole family. Join in our Salmon Run 5k/10k, visit the greenhouse, learn about strawberry DNA, and have your face painted!
Local dance groups TusuyPeru and TroupeRose will be performing in the afternoon, and Winegar's will be on hand, giving away free ice cream to the first 150!
There will be a raffle drawing at 1:30 for great prizes donated by local businesses, including Pizza Colin!
There will be free document shredding and drug take back in Parking Lot O-5 on D Street, and Waste Management Tucks to visit just behind Dean Hall.
