Hi! I am the Patient Service Lead at the Student Medical and Counseling Clinic. I do various jobs, including billing, assisting front desk, chart maintenance and supervising student employees. Spending time with my children (and spouse) and grandchildren is what I enjoy most. Other interest are gardening, time with friends and my two dogs.

I have lived in Ellensburg for 16 years and cannot think of a better place to live and raise a family. I am married and together we have four children. My free time is spent on a baseball field, but when I can, I sneak a few minutes for myself I love to quilt and garden.

I grew up in Ellensburg and graduated from Kittitas High School. I married my high school sweetheart and we have 2 kids. In our spare time we like to go camping, ride dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, play board games and spend time with our family. I also try to sneak in some time for my scrapbooking. We normally don’t have much for spare time as our kids are involved in volleyball, football, basketball, softball and baseball. We have very busy lives but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My name is Tammy and I moved to Central Washington 2 years ago from the west side where I enjoyed working in the Emergency Department at Good Sam Hospital in Puyallup and St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood. I started working here at CWU September of 2017 and I am very much enjoying my new role here at the Student Medical and Counseling Clinic/SMACC. My husband and I take advantage of all the outdoor activities here, hiking, fly fishing, and seeing the wonderful wildlife. We love the small town feel and the welcoming community. I am looking forward to my time here at the SMACC and hope to become a good asset to the clinic.

I have lived in Ellensburg for 19 years.  My college education happened here at CWU with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree. I met my husband during my college years and decided to stay.  Ellensburg has proven to be a wonderful place to raise a family.  We have two children (young adults) that I am happy to brag about anytime.   I love this community and hiking the ridge.  The college atmosphere is a rewarding working environment and I am happy to be here.
