Leadership

Andreas BohmanAndreas Bohman is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Central Washington University. He joined CWU in 2013 as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and brings over twenty years of technology and security leadership to the team. As the CIO, Andreas is responsible for aligning operations and technology with the vision of the university while providing a sustainable technology strategy for the future. Andreas is also an officer in the Washington State National Guard and a faculty member in the Department of Information Technology Administrative Management (ITAM) where he teaches classes on cybersecurity.
  

Jill Hernandez
Jill Hernandez is the Director of Enterprise Applications in Information Services for Central Washington University. Jill graduated from Central Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration -- Management Information Systems. She has over 10 years of information technology experience specializing in Oracle’s PeopleSoft ERP platform. Jill started working at CWU in 2006 and has held a variety of IT roles on campus. She has been a key leader in transforming CWU’s enterprise systems, modernizing business processes while implementing cutting edge technology. Hernandez also holds an MBA in IT.
  

Jamie Schademan
Jamie Schademan is the Information Security Manager/ISO for Central Washington University. She began her career in the IT department at CWU in the early 1990’s, filling a number of technical and leadership roles before finding her passion for the IT Security field. Jamie has a Master’s degree in both Information Technology and Cyber Security Management, as well as her certification as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA. As a CWU alumni she is also a proud Wildcat!
  
Chris Timmons

Chris Timmons is the Interim Director of Networks & Operations for Central Washington University. Chris began his CWU career working as a student computer apprentice in the business auxiliaries circa 1986 with stints in Dining Services and Housing. Graduated from CWU in 1990 with BS in Computer Science, Chris has taught C programming and networking fundamentals as an adjunct for the Computer Science department. Chris has also worked as a systems programmer, network engineer and network infrastructure team manager prior to interim appointment, Director of Networks & Operations. Chris enjoys the Kittitas Valley and surrounding mountains year round on foot, by bicycle, on skis or with snowshoes.
