Central’s International Sustainable Development Institute (ISDI) is designed to provide the campus and larger community opportunities to:
- Participate in experiential learning
- Create social change
- Transform from an egocentric perspective to a global vision
- Learn sustainable approaches
- Seek market-driven approaches that will sustain resources while minimizing impacts
Goal
To create inter-disciplinary partnerships and strategic alliances, with established and respected initiatives, to provide students a variety of opportunities in which they can apply classroom learning to volunteering locally, nationally and internationally.
