Once you have been accepted to the UESL Program and have paid your $50 UESL application fee, you can receive your I-20. The I-20 is used to apply for an F-1 student visa. You will also bring your I-20 with you when you travel to the U.S.
I-20s are currently sent electronically to the email address you give when completing the online application. After your receive your I-20, you will follow the steps below.

You can enter the country up to 30 days before your start date listed on your I-20.

How to get your I-94: This website allows you to print off your electronic I-94 form. The form is generated once you have entered the United States. If you entered by crossing the border (Canada or Mexico) you may have received a paper I-94.
