HRM011: Tough Conversations
A full-day course, brought to you by our colleagues at the Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas counties. This training, designed for people in supervisory roles, will assist you in working with employees around job performance corrective processes, addressing workplace bullying and negativity, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively even in high stress situations and building an effective team environment in your workplace. It will both be strengths based, learning from others what they have done that has been effective, and skills training with a focus on hands on participation. Come have fun, learn/polish skills for dealing with conflict and building a more productive workplace! Limited to 18.
Prerequisite: Leadership Development for Supervisors with Cheryl Middleton
