- Learn About Performance Management
CWU’s performance management system serves as the University’s review process for classified and exempt employees. The process aligns an individual’s performance with the University’s mission, vision, and core values. Performance management is an annual cycle that begins in July of each year and ends the following July. During the annual cycle, each staff member works with his or her supervisor to 1) set written goals and objectives, 2) check progress throughout the year, and 3) evaluate accomplishments at the end of the year. Performance documents for classified and exempt employees are managed through our ePerformance system within MyCWU. All staff members gain access to the ePerformance system upon hire.
