Classified and Exempt Enrollment

Generally, positions that last more than six consecutive months and are at least 50% of full-time are eligible for benefits. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the date of hire.  Spouse or registered partner and dependent children are eligible for coverage. The majority of insurance premiums are covered by CWU. Employee premiums vary with plan choice and dependent coverage.

If you choose to waive medical coverage, indicate so on the enrollment form. Dental coverage and retirement plan participation may not be waived. Call (509)-963-1202 with questions or email
