Ongoing Development Opportunities for Staff

The following are resources available for ongoing development for staff:

  • CLA Online

    Access our 24x7 eLearning library to find online courses, full-text books, and videos. Log into CLA Online with your MyCWU username and password.

  • Instructor-Led Workshops

    Looking for instructor-led workshops? Go to Request Training Enrollment (link is external), Search by Course Name or Number, or choose Search by Date and just click the Search button without putting in a date to see all sessions currently available.

  • Washington State Department of Enterprise Services

    Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) offers a variety of instructor-led courses at 1500 Jefferson in Olympia, the South Puget Sound Community College in Lacey, and other sites. The cost for their courses range from $120 to $300 per day. CWU does not have access to the State LMS system or their online trainings. To register for the in-person trainings call (360) 664-1921 or use the online form to submit your training registration request.   • Go2Knowledge Webinar

    Central Washington University has a Go2Knowledge Webinar subscription with Innovative Educators. CWU faculty and staff have unlimited access to live and on-demand professional development webinars that cover a variety of topics.

    To access these webinars, please visit www.Go2Knowledge.org/cwu. Sign in or create an account using your CWU email address. Then simply click on the webinar you would like to view and follow the instructions.
