Fall quarter at Central Washington University starts Wednesday and some new students will enjoy living in a brand new dormitory.
Dugmore Hall finished recently and just in time for the new school year.
The building houses 400 CWU students, most of them in their first year at Central.
It features single rooms and suite-style living. Next door is Northside Commons which has 1891 Cafe and Market, which sells espresso, bakery items and convenience items.
The main attraction is a full-service Panda Express.
Associate Dean of Student Living Dr. Jenna Hyatt says it's an ideal location for CWU students.
"It's a very modern building and it's situated perfectly on the north side of campus, right next to our Rec Sports Complex and across from our library," Hyatt said.
Hyatt says about 40 percent of the approximate 4,100 students at Central live on campus.
