Recently Clinical Physiology student Gabriel “Gabe” Dominguez completed his 10-week extensive clinical field experience at Casa Horizonte Orphanage near Ensenada, Mexico. Casa Horizonte serves as a home for abandoned and severely ill special needs children. Gabe spent the winter quarter working in the orphanage alongside a nurse and a small staff—all volunteers.
