Incorporating props, gentle lighting, soft music, breathing exercises, and meditation to connect your mind and your body. This class moves at a slightly slower pace than a flow class, holding poses anywhere from 2-5 minutes at a time. Suitable for all body types and ages.

This creative class incorporates static and dynamic stretching through balance poses, inversions, folds and bends, twists, and strengthening exercises. You'll experience something different each week, whether it's working towards an arm balance, opening the hips, inviting mental discipline through balance postures, or detoxing the body through twists and breath-work. Modifications will be offered for injuries and body-needs, and a focus on proper alignment promotes body safety. All levels and body types are welcome; there's something for every body in this class!

Barre: Our barre-based class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Goat Yoga (Event Closed): Join us for an instructor-led yoga class, complete with some of our furry friends from The Wobbly Ranch. The goats love showing off their moves, too! Each Goat Yoga class will be approximately 35 minutes, with 15-20 minutes for pictures and spending time with the goats.
