Boot Camp (45 mins): Looking for a super-challenging workout? Boot Camp is where it’s at! This class combines cardio and agility drills, challenging your body on all levels. Expect sport conditioning types of intervals, while using a wide variety of equipment. And although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
Total Body Conditioning (45 mins): No one every drowned in sweat. That’s what you’re going to have to remind yourself in this 45 minute total body workout! You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometrics, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels.
Yoga (45 mins): This class moves rapidly through yoga poses and sequences, increasing your heart rate and challenging your body. Using the breath to connect one posture to the next, expect to improve your balance and flexibility while giving your heart a workout and your mind a break. We’ll conclude each class with classic yoga stretching postures and a few moments of final relaxation. Fitness Yoga is a hatha style of yoga, following the principles of vinyasa, or “flow”, yoga. And it’s perfect for beginners and advanced yogis, alike!
Pilates (50 mins): Mat Pilates is a very user-friendly, mat-based pilates workout that promotes strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. You’ll sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled, non-impact class and improve core strength and coordination. Yogalates (45 mins): This class combines the practice of yoga and Pilates. Use breath to connect posture, balance and flexibility while using Pilates to improve tone and sculpt the body you’ve always wanted.

Suspension Bootcamp (45 mins): Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Bottom line is this class will train everything and do it the whole class. Suspension classes focus on integrating core exercise in every movement.
Cycle/Suspension (45 min): This class combines the great cardio calorie burn of a cycling class and the intense core workout of a suspension class. This combination will keep you entire body guessing what your instructor will throw at it next helping you achieve a next level fitness.
