Class Descriptions

ABS AND GLUTES: Want to firm it up? Get in here! Exercises for abs and glutes are the primary goal, plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas!

BATTLING ROPES: Get ready for a challenging workout that will strengthen and condition your entire body!  Don't worry this class can be modified for beginners too!

CALORIE CRUSH: Burn major with basic movements mixed with weight training! You're sure to get a great workout no matter what your fitness level is!

confiDANCE: Come and shake what your mama gave you in this high energy dance class! Featuring hip hop cardio, a short choreographed session and an opportunity for epic free style!

CYCLING- Enjoy a fun and challenging cycle workout! Burn major calories and firm up your whole body! Burn up to 550 calories.

HATHA YOGA- This class will help you gain flexibility, strength, and balance through a series of poses, using breath and strength to hold the poses and gain the maximum benefit. This is for all yoga levels.

INTRO TO KETTLE BELLS: This class will teach you all about kettle bells, giving you fast results for strength, endurance, and muscle toning! 

KICKBOXING:This class integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout.

RISE RIDE AND REPS:  Get your weekend started right with this total body workout!  Start the class with cycling and mix in weight training that will tone all major muscles!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: In this class you will build strength and work on your endurance using a variety of different moves and exercises. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat.

TBC: Get a total body workout using HIIT (high intensity interval training). A complete strength and cardio workout for your entire body.

THE KILLER COUNTDOWN: Whether we are working arms, legs, or total body, you will never leave this class feeling like you didn't' put in work.  Always switching it up, you will never get stuck doing the same workout twice.  

TRX SUSPENSION BOOTCAMP: Take fitness to the next level with one of the most effective ways to challenge core strength and stability, while building muscle and increasing cardiovascular endurance.  All levels welcome, modifications given.

ZUMBA:  Ditch the workout and join the party!  This fun cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin and popular music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor.  Easy to follow, and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "dance away your worries."
