Appendix A of the Collective Bargaining Agreement provides guidelines for determining workload units for service.

Reappointment, Tenure, Promotion, and Post-Tenure Review: Faculty are expected to serve the university, public and their profession according to the University, college, and department criteria. University and college criteria can be found on the Provost’s website under Faculty Resources.
