The Washington ACTE Teacher of the Year Award (2018) recognizes the finest Career and Technical Education teachers at the middle/secondary school level who have demonstrated innovation in the classroom, commitment to their students, and dedication to the improvement of CTE in their institutions and communities. 

Matt Johnson (Tech Ed grad 2010) is a Manufacturing and Technology teacher at Snohomish High School in the Snohomish School District.

 

Washinton Industrial Technology Education Association Rookie Teacher of the Year Award (2013) recognizes individual teachers and programs for their excellence in delivering Technology and STEM Education to students in Washington State. 

Scott Petersen (Tech Ed grad 2012) a Technology and Education teacher at Lake Washington School District.
