About the After School Program

3:00 - 5:00 Indoor/Outdoor Choices
5:00 - 5:15 Clean-up, stories, ready for pick-up
5:30 ECLC is Closed.

 

After School Activities:

Reading : The ECLC provides a full library of reading books for children of all reading levels

Skill Development

Social skills : Naming behaviors, refusal skills, and conflict resolution skills

Physical skills : Climbing, skipping, dancing, pedaling, steering, throwing, catching, sports, and gymnastics

Musical skills : Learning songs, keeping time, rhythm, instruments, and conducting

Communication skills : Using “I” messages

Fine motor skills : Using crayons, markers, and drawing shapes

Writing skills : Letter identification, identifying skills, vocabulary, dramatic play, and office show time

Art projects : Painting, drawing, creating, and chalks
