Graduation Celebrations

Graduates, congratulations in obtaining your degree! Register to participate in the graduation celebration! The deadline is Friday, April 27 by 5 p.m.

Equity Services Council (ESC) graduation celebrations allow for underrepresented groups to celebrate and embrace their accomplishmet in becoming a CWU graduate. They share this important milestone with their families and peers. Graduating, for many underrepresented populations, is a privilege that gives them pride, especially to their families and friends. Not only do students graduate, but also their families and those who have supported them through this journey. At the celebrations, graduates are awarded a stole to wear with their cap and gown during commencement. The celebrations are hosted by the various ESC organizations on the following dates:

  • Raza Graduation Celebration: Saturday, May 12 at 3 p.m. in SURC Ballroom
