In partnership with the Día de los Muertos Planning Committee, Dining Services is hosting a special menu on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Featured menu items include: Chicken Mole Negro, Pork Carnitas with Grilled Onions and Charred Jalapeño, Green Chili Chicken Tamales with Cotija Cheese and Sour Cream, Pinto Beans with Garlic and Jalapeños, Veggie Tamales, Spanish Rice, and Salsa.
