In accordance with Central Washington University's response to COVID-19, the CWU Conference Program Office is currently closed. Summer Accommodations

Central Washington University offers residence hall style lodging during the summer months from mid-June to early-September for up to 2000 guests at a time! Accommodations are sold on a package plan basis that includes lodging, meals, and conference services. Conference groups have the choice of creating one or several package options depending on their programming needs. All conference facilities are non-smoking.

Rooms are generally set up to accommodate up to two people. Some single rooms are available with additional cost and on a first-come, first serve basis. Triple or quad occupancy are available only with pre-arranged options. Most residence halls are not air-conditioned.

Due to mandated restrictions concerning COVID-19 the Conference Program is not currently taking reservations.

The Conference Program can house up to 98 guests on campus in Munson Hall during the academic year (mid-September through early June). If you have specific questions about our lodging options, please call our office at (509) 963-1141 or toll free at (800) 752-4379, or email us at Conference.Program@cwu.edu.

Due to conference event and camp operations, availability for individual reservations is limited. Please call the Conference Program for more information at (509) 963-1141 to see if a room is available during your requested dates.

*Please note: To qualify for on-campus lodging through the Conference Program, you must be conducting business on campus, be a prospective student visiting campus, a current student who needs temporary housing, or a visiting family member of a current student. For questions on this CWU Policy, please contact the Conference Program Office.

Munson Suite Style Sleeping Rooms

There is a total of twenty-three suite style sleeping rooms in Munson hall. They have two bedrooms with two or three twin beds in each for a total of four or five beds separated by an open doorway. The two bedrooms share a private bathroom We are not currently taking reservations. Please call the Conference Program office at (509) 963-1141 to inquire or email us at Conference.Program@cwu.edu.

Munson Hotel Style Sleeping Rooms

There are three hotel style, single rooms located in Munson Hall. Each of the rooms have a queen size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. Limited availability of this room type with priority given to CWU department guests.

Munson 101 Suite

Munson Hall also includes one suite on the ground floor of the building. It is an apartment style suite with a full kitchen, living and dining room, bedroom with one queen size bed and one twin bed, and an ADA accessible bathroom. Please note priority is given to CWU department guests.
